My name is Andre de Jesus, I'm from Uberlandia, Brazil. In 2006 I fulfilled my dream of becoming an engineer graduating withmy bachelor's in mechatronic engineering. In 2014 I got my masters degree in energy engineering and safety engineering, as well as specialization courses over the years under my belt. In 1995 I began my career and passion for the entertainment market, I created a system to make managing events easier. I have coordinated more than 500 events in my life. I am the founder and former CEO of an industry that manufactures aluminium structures for concerts and events. There Ibegan to develop a line of original and custom mega-metallic structures.
I am the creator and inventor behind the cluster system (LED), I have also created and development a system of load monitoring in temporary module structures (load cells).

I was the executive founder and president of One Stage USA, Corp. Located in Florida- USA, a company dedicated to the leasing of LED systems for events and load monitoring in temporary modules systems (Load Cells). My main accomplishment while at One Stage was the creation and development of these Load Cells. This system is responsible for doing wireless weight monitoring in temporarymodule structures, assembled to accommodate events and attractions such as stages or pavilions.
By using this system, events become safer for the public. It prevents the structures from collapsing duetooverload. The success achieved through the Load Cells are a direct result of my vastacademic knowledge acquired through my bachelors, my masters in both energy engineering and safety engineering, as well as an enormous amount of experience I have gained since 2004 as president and lead engineer of Prostage Estruturas Metalicas—company responsible for aluminum modules for a huge variety of events,—and as co-founder of Promarc Sistemas Estruturas since 2007—leasing company of structural systems for events such as stages, bleachers, stage covers and more.
Another big product that I was able to perfection at One Stage USA, Corp was the creation of custom projects for concerts, events, churches using a lighting system of Led Walls. Based on the knowledge I obtained as the head of Alled—company leasing of LED Wall in Brazil—I was able to create unique projects not yet seen in the United States, using innovativetechnologywith an artistic hint.

I was the founder and president of this company from 2004 to 2014. Located in the capital of Brazil (Brasilia). I am extremely proud and content to be the founder of the very first industry of aluminum structures of the Midwest part of the country.
I was able to develop a line of original and custom mega-metallic structures such as, MG150, ARC 30... since I was one of the pioneers in the country, I also put together an internal technical school to meet the needs of company, forming my own work team.
All my vast knowledge and expertise are not only a result of my academic career, but also to the 13 technical certificates and my continuous involvement with fairs, exhibitions, showcases all of this field all over the world throughout my whole professional career.

With the development of this product, I was able to create custom projects for businesses all over Brazil for example, the biggest LED panel of western world with the implantation of temporary LED screens on the façade of Banco do Brasil's building in Brasilia (51 x 70 meters 167 x 229 feet - 56.000 pixelscreating of the tallest LED Christmas tree in Brazil (66 meters - 216 feet) of high - 26.000 pixels and millions of others events of which I dedicated time and knowledge to develop unique projects using a technology of LED system.

Artway productions and events was the first eventproduction company in Brasilia, it was where I began my career and passion for the entertainment market dedicating my time exclusively from 1995 to 2003 as their events director. During this period I was the director responsible for contracts between Artway and the artists, contracts with any supplier company of any service or product needed for each specific event, and any governmental contracts.
Throughout those 8 years Iworked at Artway I coordinated more than 500 events, directly contributing to putting Brasilia in the map of the national market, and placing Artway as the biggest events production company of the Capital. I was directly responsible for the creation of the biggest regional musical festival that—until then—took place in the capital up(Forro Manero). I was the mastermind behind the sophisticated and detailed project management system using MS Project.
Due to the national recognition I got with the development of my management system, I was invited to lecture in many events focused on the professional empowerment of events producerssuch as Profissao Produtor—which took place in the Teatro da Caixa—and Adorart, a music seminary for churches. I was also invited to be the assistant coordinator in the eventproduction course taught at DF University in 2009.
